This course empowers you to create your own mobile app for seamless office space or hot desk reservations using Microsoft Power Apps. Throughout this course, you will learn how to take the Power Apps Room Reservation template and transform it into a visually appealing application for managing reservations in your business. We'll also dive into best practices for storing room data within Microsoft's admin centre, highlighting the benefits and reasons behind this approach (vital for AI enhancements in the future!). Last but not least, we will add in the ability to display room descriptions and images. Think outside the box and use the foundations of this course to create entirely different applications, such as a hot desk app, hotel room booking app or whatever your heart desires. Regardless of your motivation, by the end of the course, you'll confidently streamline reservation systems, and acquire expertise in customising the template to suit various requirements. You'll also have a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft's room setup within 365 admin and have the ability to add in room descriptions and images. Note: You will need Power Apps, Sharepoint and Power Automate to take this course. You also need Microsoft Admin Centre access or support of someone within your organisation that does.
